a decent stay overall

The staff were very kind and helpful ! the setting had a beautiful vibe. my room was spacious and comfortable, it was a junior suite. i found the club lounge access to be worth it. It had a very nice breakfast on the private terrace.
when i checked into my room, i noticed the carpets were wet. my socks became wet as i walked around the room. also, the balcony wasn't cleaned very well. the hot water ran out during my bath, unacceptable for a 5-star hotel!

Excellent Beach Resort Experience
great location daily cleaning
the resort has a great location for spending time at the beach. the room was cleaned daily with great attention to detail by housekeeping. staff were friendly and helpful. the choice of food was amazing and different everyday.

extra spa cost unchanged cot sheet
Laguna Taverna closed early for the summer. I wanted to eat there. I have been to other hotels with better service. The cot sheet was never changed. I thought the hotel would feel more luxurious.

Really good stay
comfortable room rainfall shower
The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I especially liked the relaxing bathroom with its rainfall shower. I also found a nespresso machine in the room, which I appreciated. The spa visit was a highlight. Puspa, the therapist, was knowledgeable and professional. I enjoyed the hammam, facials, and massage services.

The resort has abundant taxi options available. It is a 20-minute ride to marina and a 30-minute ride to dubai mall. The waterpark is also close, as is nakheel mall.

Restaurants provided great food and excellent service plus drinks with very good cocktails. The beach bar is also very nice. Pools are clean, and well maintained. There are enough free beach chairs and loungers. Towels are provided.

The room features a relaxing bathroom and a rainfall shower. The room has a great layout, providing space and comfort. Waking up to sea views, bird songs, and palms added to the experience. The room includes a nespresso machine.
